I just started revisiting my weddings from 2016 and I'm reminded of how many fun, loving couples I've met.
Charlotte & Josh were married in September of 2016 at Bella Collina Towne & Golf Club in San Clemente. Bella Collina has a special place in my heart, as I was employed there for 3 years. It was during those 3 years that I was able to gain the experience and support to become a full-time wedding photographer/owner of Top Shelf Photo.
My first meeting with Charlotte and Josh was for their engagement photo session. They had chosen to have their photos taken at Victoria Beach in Laguna. Within the first 2 minutes, I could see it was going to be a lot of fun. Charlotte has an infectious smile that is hard to ignore. I remember thinking that there is no way she can keep up that smile for long. Boy, was I mistaken!
Fast forward to their wedding day, and the smile was bigger and more infectious than I had remembered. As you look through the photos, you'll see what I mean.
The happy couple decided to have a first look (always appreciated!), which allowed us to have plenty of time devoted to photos during the cocktail hour. The ceremony included a string quartet, lots of tears and laughs, and a dove release during their first kiss. Talk about added pressure of getting the shot!
